The Technology Center hosts a highly skilled and robust R&D team comprising 40 professionals. Among them are 2 Senior Engineers (Professor-Level), whose profound academic expertise and extensive practical experience guide the resolution of complex research challenges. Additionally, the team includes 5 PhD holders and 15 master’s degree holders, all graduates of top Chinese universities specializing in polymer materials. These high-caliber talents inject R&D vitality with cutting-edge knowledge and innovative thinking.

The provincial- and municipal-level Engineering Technology Centers serve as twin engines for regional and systematic R&D, providing robust support for collaborative innovation. 


The municipal Key Laboratory focuses on in-depth exploration of frontier topics, while the CNAS-certified laboratory adheres to international standards, ensuring the authority and global applicability of experimental data. Through the coordinated operation of these platforms, a solid ecosystem is created for incubating and maturing diverse scientific research projects.

III.Rigorous R&D Process

1. Digital Formulation And Structural Optimization


In the early stages of product development, finite element simulation analysis technology is employed to transform traditional empirical formulation and structural design into data-driven precise verification. By simulating material performance under various operating conditions, the formulation ratios and structural details are iteratively optimized, leveraging data to drive innovation and significantly enhancing R&D efficiency and product accuracy.


2. Comprehensive Risk Prevention And Control


Using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), potential failure risks are systematically identified across the entire product lifecycle, from design to manufacturing. By proactively pinpointing risk points, quantitatively assessing their impacts, and developing targeted mitigation strategies, this process safeguards product reliability and ensures steady progress in R&D.


3. Standardized Quality Management


Adhering strictly to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), a rigorous quality control system is implemented. Every stage—from raw material procurement and production process monitoring to finished product inspection—incorporates strict standards and review procedures. Standardized operations guarantee consistent product quality, making excellence an inherent characteristic of all outputs.


4. End-To-End Lifecycle Data Integration 


Guided by PLA (Product Lifecycle Analysis), the Technology Center integrates material databases with CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) simulation platforms. Seamless data connectivity is maintained from initial prototype testing to large-scale production, enabling real-time feedback and dynamic adjustments. This ensures that deliverables at each R&D stage align precisely with relevant standards, solidifying the foundation for product commercialization.

1. Diverse Material Innovations

Leveraging its strong R&D capabilities, the company has overcome multiple technical barriers to develop a range of domestically leading new polymer materials:  

   – Damping and vibration-reducing elastomers provide core solutions for noise and vibration control in rail transit, automotive, and other industries.  

   – Halogen-free flame-retardant elastomers meet fire safety requirements in electrification, new energy, and environmental protection sectors.  

   – Specialized materials such as media-resistant elastomers, antistatic elastomers, skeleton-composite elastomers, high-impact-resistant elastomers, micro-foam elastomers, and high-performance composites are tailored for smart manufacturing, construction, and home applications, driving industrial upgrading through material innovation.  

2. Patents And Standard Development

The company has achieved remarkable success in intellectual property, holding 11 authorized invention patents, 28 utility model patents, and 1 design patent—valuable assets that reflect R&D excellence and strengthen market competitiveness. Actively contributing to industry standardization, it has participated in compiling 1 national standard, demonstrating its technical leadership and commitment to fostering regulated industrial development.
